When should I receive my order?

Delivery takes 3-7 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

 What's the charge for delivery?

• • Shipping is 50 LE inside Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria Governorates.
  • Shipping is 90 LE inside Qena, Luxor, Red Sea, Matrouh, Sohag, North/South Sinai, and New Valley Governorates.
  • Shipping is 70 LE to the rest of the EGYPT Governorates.

Can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
